You will be able to access all shared hallways and laundry. No one can access your space except you.

Dedicated fiber internet per apartment. This apartment has a wired ethernet connection available by the TV. All guests are important to us and we want to assure the comfort and safety of every guest. The shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned regularly and we have a medical grade air cleaner stationed in the main hallway of the first floor to assure all guests experience a clean air-allergy free environment. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
